I found Crossfit in 2008 less than a month after finally giving up my cane following a debilitating motorcycle accident and 3 surgeries to repair my leg.  I had to learn to walk again and had no idea what I would be able to expect from my body in the future.  Crossfit helped me regain my balance, strength and confidence.  I’ve learned that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible and I love nothing more than doing the same for all my athletes.  With certifications from Crossfit, National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Sports Sciences Association, and specialized certifications in Barbell and Kettlebell training (Starting Strength and Agatsu) both new and experienced athletes can feel confident and safe.
